A Note from Rose.
Lornie and I studied under Peter Shemonsky, director of fine jewelry and timepieces for Bonhams & Butterfield auction house. We are experts in appraising and restoring period and antique jewelry. We also have access to the finest pieces of period and antique jewelry. We're proud to showcase two fine representations.
In the 1920s Cartier produced the "Tutti Frutti" jewelry. The inspiration came from the bountiful colored stones from India. This is a platinum brooch, circa 1925. The rubies, sapphires and emeralds are of exceptional color and clarity. There is a total weight of 4.85cts. $36,000.00

Art Nouveau jewelry often represents nature. This moth is an exquisite example of the French workmanship and design. It is platinum and gold. The brooch is circa 1910. The cultured pearl is 13.0mm. There is a total weight of 4.25ct. It has French hallmarks. $14,000.00

Lornie has been hard at work in the past few months designing and creating new pieces. His experience at the bench and his eye for beauty make his designs unique as well as eye-catching.
