Volume 4 Issue 8 |
Dear Friends,
It is interesting what one does for fun. We travel for 35 hours to a distant land, crossing oceans and continents by plane, rough terrain by vehicle and a boat to an island in the middle of the South China Sea. We strap on over 30 pounds of equipment and roll back off of a small boat. We're handed large cameras with obscene lights. We descend to 60' in the dark of night and proceed to dive in muck. This is only to search for obscure specimens of fish on the verge of extinction. These dives in the dark of night brought fortuitous finds: the Gurnard Lionfish, the Mimic Octopus, the Ambon Scorpion Fish, the Hairy Red Frogfish and the Yellow Warty Frogfish to name only a few. We were the envy of all of the other divers at the Atlantis Resort at Puerto Galera in the Philippines. We pretend we are 21 and dive 3 to 4 times a day; one day spending close to five hours underwater. It is unrestrained freedom to move in that unknown and foreign world. It is a gift to be something other than what we are for a brief moment in time.
This clasp is the inspiration and creation of Jorg Heinz of Germany. It is an engineering wonder. It can be worn in three different positions; all 18K yellow gold, a South Sea White Pearl encased in gold or a magnificent diamond channeled in white gold. We are excited to have his creations in our store to add to our clasp collection. These are worth a visit.

Thank you again for your patronage and friendship. We appreciate all of you.
With love,
Lornie and Rose
