Dear Friends,

A tradition, begun in 1988, to celebrate the week of July 4 in Cozumel continues. Our daughter and her family and our friends from England joined us for a week of diving. The weather cooperated making for calm seas and great photos. It’s easy as divers to see the obvious; a five foot moray eel, a 200 pound grouper or a 7 foot shark. It’s hard to find those tiny, hidden creatures in the sand and coral; the blennies, shrimp and gobies. Searching the nooks and crannies offer abundant juvenile fish. A favorite is the box fish with its puckered lips, some as small as a fingertip.

Jewelry designers can overlook the obvious, a simple addition to a finding that will effect a change that will benefit all who wear jewelry.  Lornie discovered a simple addition to the ear wire or ear post that will insure the earring will not be lost.  This “ear enhancement” system is ideal for all types of hook earrings and stud earrings.  We’ve been busy making an earring collection for many months featuring this “enhancement system."  It is now perfected and ready for you to see.  We have three, hook earring styles, available in our store with an assortment of drops for each style.  The featured earrings are one of the styles we offer.  We can also convert your earrings to this system.  Stop by to see the new innovative styles.

Our granddaughters are with us while our daughter convalesces. Please keep her and her family in your thoughts.

Thank you again for your patronage and friendship. We appreciate all of you.

With love,
Lornie and Rose
