Volume 4 Issue 10 |
Dear Friends,
The majority of people that travel to the distant country of Palau do so for the sole purpose of scuba diving. For a serious diver, timing is everything in the effort to see many sharks, mantas feeding and eagle rays. The period of the new moon provides the strongest currents which in turn bring them out to feed. There of course, can be exceptions and surprises. We just dove a site called Shark City. It was slack tide so we encountered only a couple of sharks. At our five meter safety stop, there is total boredom. Our visibility is reduced to 10 meters because of the storms that hit before we arrived. The five minute wait can be an eternity; but we wait. Suddenly, two devil rays with 8' wing spans, flew through and around us. Their formation, speed and accuracy evoked images of the "Blue Angels". This is a rare occurrence in Palau. Every trip brings new magic in this land of smiles.
Geometry, science, metallurgy, simplicity of design, alchemy and brilliance describe Steven Kretchmer. This "Jazz Bracelet" symbolizes the timelessness of his work. For eighteen years we have had a personal and business relationship with the Kretchmers. We will have a large collection of Steven Kretchmer jewelry in our store November 11th and 12th. You will have a rare opportunity to see the latest in these tension set and polarium designs.

Thank you again for your patronage and friendship. We appreciate all of you.
With love,
Lornie and Rose
