Six months ago, if someone were to ask me if I would
ever consider buying an engagement ring over the internet, I would have thought they were crazy.
Like many web-enabled Americans, I primarily used the internet as an informational resource, with occasional purchases of items I was very
familiar with such as books, CDs, and clothing. When it came time to begin
the search for the perfect ring, I began looking at various web sites in an |

advertisement. To my surprise, my first email inquiry to them was answered personally by one of
the owners in a matter of hours. This began a series of communications via email and phone over the course of a few weeks. The staff at Lithos was
unbelievably helpful, responsive, and above all understanding. For me, and I assume for many males, the search for an engagement ring can be extremely tedious, stressful, and confusing. The personal care of the folks at Lithos
helped assuaged my concerns, and even allowed me to enjoy the process which at the onset I was dreading!
Being in the eCommerce/interactive industry myself, I believe
that Lithos Jewelry understands and utilizes the power of the internet. They don't see it as yet another fulfillment vehicle to make more sales. Instead,
they view it as just another way of connecting and communicating with people who may not have the time or ability to work with them in person. I know
that my fiancé, Carey, and I are both extremely happy that we were able to connect with Lithos. Without them, I would potentially still be looking for
the perfect ring!
