From St. Petersburg and Tampa:

Take I-275 South.  Merge left onto I-375 E via exit number 23A- which is the Pier and Down Town exit.  You will be going east. Continue  driving straight until you reach Beach Drive, turn right onto Beach DR NE.   Go 3.5 blocks and we are located on the right hand side. It is in the bottom right hand corner of the Florencia Condominium. 100 Beach Drive NE Suite 101. 

From Sarasota and Bradenton:

Take I-275 North.  Merge onto I-175 E via exit number 22 toward TROPICANA Field to 4th St S. (You wll be going North.) Turn Right onto 1st Avenue SE.  Turn Left onto Beach Drive SE drive 1.5 blocks north.   100 Beach Drive NE Suite 101.  We are located on the Left side of the Street in the bottom right hand corner of the Florencia Condominium.
