Gift wrapping is included in online purchases, if requested.

Returns

All diamonds have a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee.
In-store credit will be given for items returned within ten (10) days of receipt of goods.
Returns are void if the item has been worn, damaged or altered.
No returns on custom pieces or special orders.
Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Shipping

We ship in-stock items on the same business day. All shipments are insured. All items are shipped free via USPS Registered Mail or USPS Express Mail.
